Research Synthesis: Conservation and Drought Water Rates
Goals and Objectives
 
The overall purpose of this study was to identify and summarize state of the art conservation and drought pricing practices, and explore the challenges and opportunities associated with conservation pricing. The study is a contribution to the Conserve Florida Collaborative Research Agenda. The resulting synthesis paper paper is intended to serve as a reference for utilities and regulatory professionals. The two specific objectives of the study were: 1)to review state of the art practices for conservation and drought rate design; 2) to identify research gaps and needs for future research.
